Roosevelt Charter Academy will begin taking Kindergarten Enrollments for the 2021-2022 school year next Friday afternoon, February 5th, from 1:30 to 3:30. To be eligible for enrollment, your child must turn 5 on or before Oct 1, 2021. Please bring the following REQUIRED documents with you:
Birth Certificate (DOB on/before 0/01/2016),
Up-to-date Shot Record,
Proof of address (preferably lease contract), and
Photo ID of parent/guardian.
Roosevelt Charter Academy comenzará a aceptar inscripciones de Kinder para el año escolar 2021-2022 el próximo viernes, 5 de febrero, desde 1:30 hasta 3:30. Para ser elegible para la inscripción, su hijo debe cumplir 5 años antes del 1 de octubre, 2021. Por favor traiga los siguientes documentos requeridos:
Certificado de Nacimiento,
Cartilla de Vacunas actualizado,
Comprobante de domicilio (contrato de arrendamiento con el nombre de padre/tutor), Identificación con foto de madre/padre/tutor.
