Welcome to Our Library!
Welcome to the Roosevelt Charter Academy Library! We have a collection of picture books, early reader chapter books, fiction and non-fiction text available for students. During Library time students listen to a read aloud and are able to check out books. Our Kinder and 1st Grade classes complete activities that are related to the read aloud, while our older students have time to read independently or utilize our digital resources. All students have access to the SORA reading app and PowerPass through the Pikes Peak library. I am a book dragon...
...not a worm. I have three hatchling children, a dog, and a human husband. Our library pet is a bearded dragon named Draco Malfoy. I LOVE books and hope to turn your children into book dragons.
